Overview

We developed an application that assists with the nomination, verification and moderation of the EOH CEO Awards program.

This has both web and mobile versions, allowing users to nominate any person in the organisation for their rewards and recognition program. All the nominations were centralised on this application for reviewing and moderation.

Moderators in the form of "judges", were able to review each nomination and apply scores to these nominations. All data was collated in the form of an automated report.

Technology

The CEO Awards application was rapidly deployed through Firebase, with integration into Microsoft Active Directory for authentication and employee search.

Through integrations, all application data, voting data, and personal information remained on the client internal servers, without any data leaving those environments.

Through this we where able to run a cloud based solution for EOH, without compromising security of information in any way.
